Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or without original packaging are not eligible for return.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., hijab caps, under-scarves, or other intimate accessories) are non-returnable.

Non-Refundable Items
